Dr. Mrs. Florence Durairaj, a distinguished educator and social worker, was born on May 18th, 1953, in Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu. Her journey in education commenced at Scott Christian College, Nagercoil, where she pursued her B.Sc. in Mathematics.

After marrying in 1975, she continued her educational pursuits, achieving a B.Ed. with high distinction, followed by M.A. in Sociology and M.Ed. in Education. Recognized for her exceptional teaching prowess and dedication to social causes.

Dr. Florence, alongside her husband, has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including adult literacy programs and children's education in rural villages. As the Founder-Principal of Bethel Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Ayanavaram since 1983, she has led a team of over 90 staff, nurturing the growth of about 1800 students. The school has achieved remarkable academic success, with students excelling in arts, cultural activities, and sports.

Her contributions have earned prestigious awards such as the 'BHARAT JYOTI AWARD' and the Academician Award. She also works to uplift economically weaker sections, empower women, and foster spiritual growth.

As the Associate Director of Bethel Trust, she continues to champion children's development, adult literacy, and social welfare projects, embodying the belief that "Fear of the Lord is the Beginning of Wisdom." Our founder remains a guiding light, encouraging holistic education for all students at Bethel.

Rev. Dr. N. Durairaj, a dedicated leader and advocate for education, was born on August 15th, 1947, in Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Science from Madras University, he immersed himself in social and spiritual activities, becoming a life member of the Madras YMCA Esplanade Branch.

Since marrying in 1975, Rev. Dr. Durairaj has been instrumental in village evangelism, awareness programs, and adult literacy initiatives in rural areas. His commitment to leadership training and evangelical work has impacted countless individuals, with over 1000 workers trained in Vocational Bible School Teachers Training programs. As the Correspondent and Secretary of Bethel Matriculation & Higher Secondary School in Ayanavaram.

He oversees the education of over 2000 students and leads a team of 120 staff members. In addition to his educational endeavors, Rev. Dr. Durairaj is actively involved in teaching, preaching, and conducting seminars on education, social awareness, and women's welfare projects. His passion for promoting quality education and aiding destitute children has earned him ministerial ordination and recognition, including the prestigious Doctor of Divinity title.

With a heart for service and a commitment to teamwork, he continues to strive for the betterment of society through education and social work initiatives.

Dr. D. Doreen Robin, M.E., Ph.D., is a visionary leader in education, passionately dedicated to empowering students through a blend of traditional values and modern teaching methods.

Her career spans over two decades, during which she has championed curriculum development, faculty training, and innovative academic programs across Bethel Institutions. Under her guidance, the institutions have consistently achieved academic excellence and fostered holistic growth in students.

Dr. Doreen Robin believes in nurturing leadership, critical thinking, and moral values in students, ensuring they become responsible global citizens. She actively mentors teachers and engages with the community to promote educational and social welfare initiatives.

Her relentless pursuit of quality education and commitment to student success make her an inspiring figure for both faculty and learners alike.

Dr. C R Rene Robin, PhD, is a dynamic worship leader, skilled in psalm meditation, and a dedicated Vacation Bible School (VBS) Trainer with over 15 years of experience. Born in 1977 in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India, Dr. Robin pursued his higher education at Anna University, earning his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering.

Currently serving as Professor & Dean (Innovation) at Sairam Group of Institutions in Chennai, Dr. Robin brings a wealth of expertise to his ministry and academic endeavors.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rene Robin has held leadership positions including Professor & Head, Dept. of CSE, and Joint Director (Affiliation, Approval & Accreditation) & Associate Dean at Jerusalem College of Engineering, Chennai. He has also served as a programmer at the Ramanujan Computing Centre, Anna University. He has been instrumental in skill development initiatives under DDUGKY & TNSRLM, and as Nodal Officer for the NSQF Programme under UGC.

Dr. Robin's research interests include Ontological Engineering, Knowledge Management, E-Learning, and Semantic Web. He supervises Ph.D. and M.S. scholars at Anna University and has authored publications including "Role of Ontology in Software Risk Management – KM Approach" and a chapter in "Knowledge based Processes in Software Development."

His dedication to education has earned awards like the Mentor Award from IBM, Young IT Professional Award by Computer Society of India, and Teaching Excellence Award at the Indo-Global Education Summit. Dr. Robin has visited Cardiff University, Wales, and Manchester University, England, enriching his global perspective.
