SCHOOL UNIFORM
LKG, UKG, CLASS I to V
Boys: Navy blue color and navy blue checked shirts with black shoes and navy blue socks. School belt and tie is compulsory. On Mondays, white shirts and white shorts with white canvas shoes must be worn..
Girls: Navy blue color pinafore, navy blue checked shirts and black ribbon with black shoes and navy blue socks. School belt and tie is compulsory. On Mondays white full trousers and white shirts with white canvas shoes must be worn.
Class VIII to XII
Boys: Navy blue color pant and navy blue checked shirts with black shoes and navy blue socks. School belt and tie is compulsory. On Mondays white full pant and white shirts with white canvas shoes. The prescribed text books and note books for classes L.K.G. to Class IX should be purchased from the School Book Depot only. Note books bearing the school emblem and name only have to be used.
All the books and note books issued in school are obtainable from or through the School Depot at market rates.
All the text – books and note books prescribed for various classes will be sold as complete sets (books and note books) and not separately.
REMOVAL UNDER COMPULSION
Repeated defaulters who do not pay fees regularly will be removed from the school. The parent will be compelled to clear the dues.
One “fails” (detaining in the same class) due to poor academic performance is allowed during orientation period. Any failure after Orientation Period will result in the compulsory removal of the student from the school. No relaxation is permitted.
The Principal can, without assigning reasons, ask parents / guardians to withdraw their wards from the school considering the students’ conduct and behavior.
ATTENDANCE
Absence without proper grant of leave will be dealt with seriously. If absence is unavoidable on account of illness or any other valid reason, a letter of explanation must invariably and immediately be sent to the Principal or otherwise to be brought on returning to school.
In case of continuous absence for more that ten days without information, the absentee’s name shall be struck off the rolls. If re-admitted that student will have to pay the admission fee of Rs.500/- again.
Students are expected to be present on the re-opening days without fail. If any one fails to do so, action will be taken against him / her.85% attendance is compulsory for promotion to the next class.
WITHDRAWLS
Students are accepted for admission with an understanding that they will remain with the school for the entire course. Students leaving the school in the middle of the term for any reason must pay the School fee for the full academic year.
Parents who would like to apply for transfer certificate for withdrawal of the students from the school in any class need to apply to the Principal in writing on or before the 31st March of the same academic year, and no T.C application will be entertained after the 31st March
Request for a Transfer Certificate (T.C) must be submitted in the prescribed application form available at school office on payment of the TC fee of Rs.50/-- Requisition will be accepted only if signed by parent/guardian.
For withdrawal a minimum of 14 working days’ notice in writing is required.
